Return and Exchange Policy

At Shrvy Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Refunds 

EXCHANGE In case of an exchange for a different size or a different piece, contact us within 3 days post Delivery at Care.shrvyclothing@gmail.com and we will book a return pickup against your order. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Note: that Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount. Once we will receive the product, we will dispatch the new item within 3/4 days.  

CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE)

* Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer.

* Exchanges will be only accepted once against every order. It will not be accepted if the customer wishes to exchange the same order for a second time.

* Exchange coupon can only be used once.

* Items bought at an original price cannot be exchanged for discounted price in case of an ongoing sale.

* Users who bought items at original price cannot redeem the difference amount while exchanging their product in case of an ongoing sale. To enjoy the sale benefits, customer can place a new order instead.

* Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns. Please be sure of the size, fit, material, color before ordering (please read product description for all details) DAMAGED ITEMS If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to Care.shrvyclothing@gmail.com  We will issue an exchange for your order.  

EMPTY PACKAGE RECEIVED

All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel.  Please do not create a false claim of empty package received just to get a refund or replacement.  All such requests will be rejected.

REFUNDS

Refund requests are not accepted in any manner. If you find any issues with your order, we will completely solve it through issuing a store credit after receiving the items back 


PARTIAL COD ORDER CONDITIONS 


In any case a partial COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery and is RTO returned, the prepaid amount collected to opt for partial COD will be non-refundable. You can always request for the reshipping of your order, there will be no extra charges for that

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at Care.shrvyclothing@gmail.com to change it to the preferred size within 7 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.
